Welcome family and friends!

Since I'm the world's worst penpal, I created this blog to help keep in touch with my many family members and friends in far away places. You'll find pictures of my kids, Isaac and Allison, occasional pictures of Shane and me, as well as other things I'd like to talk about but are afraid of boring others with. Until recently, I haven't devoted much time to hobbies or interests. But now that my children are becoming of school age and I have more time, I'm discovering (and rediscovering) things I enjoy.
